WolfCity (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”) operates the Planstand platform (“the Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the Service.
Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and company name. If you join via invitation, we collect the same information.
Service data: We collect information you provide when using the Service, including job details, crew member names and contact information, flight and travel itineraries, lodging and vehicle reservations, calendar events, inventory records, timelines, deliverables, notes, and uploaded files and photos.
Usage data: We automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, and pages visited within the Service. This data is used to maintain security, diagnose issues, and improve the Service.
Agreement records: When you accept our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, we record your acceptance along with a timestamp, your IP address, and browser user agent for legal compliance purposes.
